How are leads generated?+
We run paid ad campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube. Every lead opts in through a Fuego-owned landing page, and we capture consent text, timestamp, IP, and consent URL on every record.
How are leads delivered?+
In real time inside your portal — newest first. Optional push to your Google Sheet or Go High Level webhook.
What's the replacement policy?+
48-hour window for Bronze; 72 hours for Silver and Gold. Eligible reasons: disconnected number, wrong person, deceased, duplicate within 30 days, or outside the package's specified geography.
Do you offer refunds?+
Replacements only — no cash refunds for individual bad leads. Refunds at the package level are at admin discretion.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Cards via Stripe (Apple Pay and Google Pay supported). ACH and Affirm coming after launch.
Do I need an NPN?+
Yes — we require a valid National Producer Number to create an account. We verify licensure before delivering leads.
How do subscriptions work?+
Pick weekly billing at checkout for a 5% discount. Cancel any time from My Subscriptions.
