Your Privacy Choices

v1.0EffectiveJanuary 1, 2026Questions?support@fuegoleadz.com

This page explains and lets you exercise your privacy rights. Opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, limit the use of your sensitive personal information, and submit any other data-rights request. No account is required, and we honor the Global Privacy Control.

The short version

  • Use the controls on this page to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, no account required. We do not sell your personal information for money.
  • We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC); if your browser sends one, we detect it and confirm it here.
  • You can also limit how we use your sensitive personal information, such as health or financial details.
  • The request form below covers every state right: know, delete, correct, port, opt out, limit, and appeal.

A plain-language convenience, not a substitute for the full terms below.

01

Your privacy choices

Fuego Leadz runs its own opt-in advertising and captures consumer information through its own forms, then shares the information a consumer submits with the independent, licensed insurance agents who will contact them about coverage. We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share your contact information with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing. We give you clear controls over how your information is used and the broader rights granted under state privacy laws.

This page provides two things: standing controls to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and to limit the use of your sensitive personal information, and a request flow for every other privacy right available to you. The interactive controls and the request form appear directly below this document.

These choices are available regardless of whether you have an account with us, and you will never be charged or penalized for using them. For how we collect and use information generally, see our Privacy Policy. For our messaging program specifically, see our SMS Terms.

02

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and similar laws in other states, you have the right to direct us to stop selling or sharing your personal information. Selling means disclosing your information to a third party for money or other value, and sharing means disclosing it for cross-context behavioral advertising, such as advertising pixels. We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration.

To the extent our use of advertising cookies on our own website is considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, the Do Not Sell or Share control below lets you opt out without creating an account. Once we process your request, we will stop that sharing of the personal information associated with you. This opt-out applies to website advertising cookies and does not affect the contact information you submit to ask to be connected, which we use only to fulfill that request.

03

Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information

Because the insurance inquiries we handle can involve sensitive personal information, such as health or financial details, you also have the right to limit our use and disclosure of that sensitive information to what is reasonably necessary to provide the service you requested.

Use the Limit control below to exercise this right. We treat insurance health and financial questions as sensitive data, and in states that follow the Virginia model we collect affirmative opt-in consent before processing sensitive information. Limiting the use of sensitive personal information does not require an account.

04

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser or a browser extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sharing of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we suppress the advertising pixels that would otherwise share your information.

When we detect a GPC signal, the panel below visibly confirms that your opt-out request has been honored. You do not need to submit anything further for us to recognize a GPC signal; the confirmation appears automatically.

05

Other rights you can exercise

Depending on your state, you may also have the right to know or access the personal information we hold about you, to delete it, to correct inaccurate information, to obtain a portable copy, to opt out of targeted advertising and certain profiling, and to appeal a decision we make on a request.

The request form below lets you choose any of these request types, provide your email so we can verify and respond, and add details that help us locate your information. You can submit a request without creating an account.

06

How we handle requests and our timelines

We offer at least two ways to submit a request: the form below and email to our support address. Before we act on a request to know, delete, correct, or port, we verify your identity, and we accept requests submitted by an authorized agent on your behalf with proof of authorization.

We respond to requests within 45 days. Where the law allows and your request is complex, we may extend that period by up to an additional 45 days (for a total of up to 90 days) and will notify you of the extension and the reason for it.

If we decline your request, you may appeal that decision using the appeal option in the request form, and we will inform you in writing of our decision on the appeal and the reasons for it. In states that provide it, you may also contact your state attorney general if you have concerns about our response.

07

Non-discrimination and verification

We will not discriminate or retaliate against you for exercising any privacy right. We will not deny you services, charge a different price, or provide a different level or quality of service because you made a request.

To protect your information, we may ask you to provide details that let us reasonably verify that you are the person whose information is the subject of the request. If we cannot verify your identity, we may be unable to fulfill certain requests but will tell you why.
