SMS Terms

These SMS Terms govern the Fuego Leadz SMS Program (the "Program"), the text-messaging service operated by Fuego Leadz LLC. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms together with our Privacy Policy.

Fuego Leadz is a lead-generation marketplace operated by Fuego Leadz LLC. We are not an insurance agency, insurer, or licensed producer, and we do not sell insurance to consumers. Through the Program, Fuego Leadz may send you text messages related to your inquiry, messages that confirm your request and connect you with one of the independent, licensed insurance agents we work with, and marketing or informational messages from Fuego Leadz about our service. The Program is Fuego's own narrow text-messaging program. Your opt-in to the Program applies to messages from Fuego Leadz LLC only.

These SMS Terms apply specifically to text messaging. They do not replace our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy, which continue to apply to your overall use of Fuego Leadz.

You can opt in to the Program by checking the SMS consent box on a Fuego Leadz form and submitting it, or by texting a keyword such as JOIN to our messaging number. When you opt in, you confirm that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide and that you authorize the messages described above.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase or of submitting an inquiry. You can submit an inquiry or ask to be connected with an agent without agreeing to receive texts.

When you opt in, you authorize recurring autodialed marketing and informational text messages from Fuego Leadz LLC at the mobile number you provided. Separately, when you ask to be connected, the independent, licensed insurance agents we work with may contact you under their own consent and registration. This Program covers Fuego's messages only.

Message frequency varies. The number of messages you receive depends on your activity, your inquiries, and your interactions with Fuego Leadz.

Message and data rates may apply. Any charges are billed by, and payable to, your mobile carrier under your wireless plan. Fuego Leadz does not charge you for participating in the Program. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan and any applicable fees.

You can opt out of the Program at any time. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may also opt out by any reasonable means, including replying CANCEL, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or END, or by contacting us at support@fuegoleadz.com or by mail at Fuego Leadz LLC, 5728 Major Blvd, Orlando, FL 32819.

After you opt out, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further Program messages unless you opt in again. If you opt out by texting a keyword, allow a short time for the request to take effect.

The Program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, and their affiliated and reseller networks. Carrier participation may change, and the Program may not be available on all carriers.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

Your privacy is important to us. How we collect, use, and protect your information is described in our Privacy Policy, available at /legal/privacy.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Information you provide in connection with the Program is used to operate the Program and to support the inquiry and agent connection you requested. We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share your contact information with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing. When you ask to be connected, we share the information you submit with the independent, licensed insurance agents who will contact you about coverage.

The Program is available only to residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age. By opting in, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you are the subscriber of, or are authorized to control, the mobile number you provide.

We may modify the Program or these SMS Terms at any time. Material changes are reflected in the version number and effective date shown at the top of this page. Your continued participation in the Program after a change takes effect means you accept the updated SMS Terms.
